Because
of the extremely LIMITED nature of the products we sell, there will
be occasions where the item you ordered is OUT OF STOCK. This
item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally
(We couldn't update the website fast enough!), or another customer's
order placed ahead of yours
may have depleted the available inventory. In this case, you will
receive an e-mail or phone call notifying you of the circumstances. We
apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. With that in
mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you
ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email

We regret that we are unable to provide estimated time of arrival (ETA
dates) for any backordered products EXACTLY. Many of our products
are imported and face customs issues that have no time table. We will, however, try our best
in keeping all customers up to date with new developments with backordered
