We offer three types of service, UPS Ground (50 US States, Puerto Rico, & Canada) and UPS 2-Day Air (50 US States ONLY).  We accept International Orders, however, payment is only processed via PAYPAL. Please review the options below.

Deliveries to residential and commercial addresses in 1 to 6 business days.  Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.  Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2 additional business days.  Available to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.  Orders must be placed and credit approved no later than 1:00pm (EST) for same day shipment.  Signature is required.  Order must be under 150lbs. and meet cube restrictions.

All orders outside the 50 United States and Canada are considered International Orders. Purchase can be made through PAYPAL.  All Paypal orders, MUST BE VERIFIED and have a CONFIRMED ADDRESS. E-mail us the items you want, include your address, and we will send you a paypal invoice! That simple! International Orders may be subject to Customs and Import Duty Tax. Sweatyfrog.com is not responsible for these fees. Fees are determined by the local mail carrier of the receiving country.
